Heart to Heart - Coronary Heart Disease Risk Assessment
Heart to Heart uses the Framingham risk equations to calculate the absolute risk of future coronary heart disease (CHD) events.
Heart to Heart is valid for patients ages 30-75 with no previous history of cardiovascular disease living in the US. To calculate your patient's risk of angina, MI, or sudden death using the Framingham equations, please enter the information requested below.
Patients with known cardiovascular disease are at high risk of future cardiac events and should be managed accordingly. If LVH status is unknown, the risk calculator will assume no LVH.
Patient information is not recorded or stored in any fashion. Nonetheless, data transmission across the Internet is not considered secure. Please contact us if you have any questions.
